I haven't a clue why this is in the photo album but like many other seemingly unrelated images it must have held enough importance to be included in the photo album. It captures what seems to be a painting on a wall (maybe in an outback pub?) in which an elderly man, dressed resplendid in a white cowboy outfit is carrying what one assumes to be his newly wed wife and running into what a sign states is "Ferguson Farm". The woman is exclaiming in a speech bubble "!!!?" with a worried, panicked look on her face and the man seemingly very happy is saying (also in his speech bubble) "and now, let me show you our cabbage patch" as he seems to be about to step over (or on) two babies emerging from 2 cabbages both sharing a speech bubble and crying in unison "MOMA".
What this all means however, I have no idea.
